Terms of Sale

In short: you pay once and keep the version you bought. Payment is processed and sold through Link, a Stripe service, which handles card payments and sales tax. You get the download right away. Refunds within 14 days, no questions asked.
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply when you buy software from thepostfocus.com. PostFocus is a business of J.B. Waggoner, a sole proprietor in Tennessee, USA (“PostFocus”, “we”, “us”). Your use of the software is covered by our License Agreement.
1. Who sells to you
Orders are processed and sold through Link, a service of Stripe, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Link handles payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices, receipts and fraud checks, and its own terms apply to the payment. Your charge appears on your statement as LINK.COM* POSTFOCUS. PostFocus provides the software, the license and support.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our website in US dollars. Launch prices and discount codes may change or end at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Any taxes that apply are calculated at checkout based on where you are. Payment is one-time; there's no subscription and nothing renews.
3. Delivery
The software is a digital download. After payment you're taken to the download page, and we email the download link to the address you entered at checkout. You'll need Adobe Premiere Pro, licensed separately from Adobe, and a supported version of macOS. Check the product page for supported versions before you buy.
4. Multiple licenses
Each license covers one person on up to two computers. To buy for a team, choose the quantity at checkout: one license per editor.
5. Refunds
If you're not happy, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
6. Updates and support
Updates within the same major version are free, and versions 0.x count as part of version 1, so every update through 1.x is free. Support is by email at contact@thepostfocus.com; we aim to reply within two business days.
7. Liability
The warranty disclaimer and limits of liability in our License Agreement apply to your purchase. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you bought applies to that purchase.
9. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
